Pure Bliss Return & Refund Policy

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 daysfrom the day you receive your order, without providing any reason.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and sealed

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • The product must not be damaged

Please note:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare and cosmetic products, in accordance with EU regulations regarding sealed goods.

Additionally, the following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Products that are custom-made or personalised

  • Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly


3. Refunds

  • If you return your entire order, you will receive a full refund, including the original standard shipping costs.

  • If you return part of your order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will always be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.


4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal request.

However, we may withhold the refund until:

  • We have received the returned goods, or

  • You have provided proof of return shipment
